I’m am a huge advocate for supporting small businesses. With over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, project management and office management, I've discovered my happy place at Poised Consulting.

My husband and I both run small businesses and as parents to three energetic school-aged children, we deeply value work-life balance.

I believe many small business owners work harder than necessary simply because they've never been shown how. Often, they're hesitant to ask for help due to feelings of embarrassment or fear, thinking they should know how to manage a business.

This is exactly why I founded Poised Consulting. How are you supposed to know how to manage a business if you've never been taught?
